We created 1 Minute Feedback so that people can gain greater insight into both what they have done well and what they need to learn to perform better. We believe this will help to strengthen organizations and ultimately their performance.

We realize that if we want to be successful, we have to help our stakeholders be successful. We want to listen and understand your specific needs and then work to create personalized solutions to meet or exceed them.

We are aware that we don’t have a questionnaire tailored to every single important event in your work place. But we would like to collaborate together with you to develop questionnaires that help you and your organization succeed. Our experience suggests that we can uncover many more solutions when we all work together.
